摘要
结合工程实践,探讨高水头弧型闸门水封充压系统的设计。选用充压伸缩式止水,可以利用背压达到良好的止水效果。设计中选取水作为充压介质,并采用囊型隔膜式气压水罐为保压装置,以确保系统的正常工作。充压、排水泄压、充水排沙排气及清洗等几种工况显示,该水封充压系统具有良好的工作性能。
This paper describes an approach to design the water-seal pressure-filled system of high pressure radial gate connecting with the practice. By exerting pressure-filled telescopic water-seal, the reservoir hydraulic pressure can be used to achieve good sealing effect for radial gate. The design selected water as pressure-filled process, and adopted bursiform divide-shaped air pressure water pot as holdup device to ensure the system is in normal state. The system work process contains pressure-filled process, drainage pressure relief, flush water-filled exhaust, flush water-filled sediment ejection and cleaning. These work conditions showed that the water-seal pressure-filled system has good performance.
