摘要
阐述了创新高校教师绩效管理体系的重要意义,对我国高校教师绩效管理的现状及存在问题进行了分析,提出了高校教师绩效管理的有效途径和措施,为高校教师绩效管理提供借鉴和参考。
This article expounds the importance of performance management system of college teachers. Then the current situation of performance management of China's college teachers and existing problems are analyzed. Lastly, the article puts forward some paths and measures of effective management of college teachers' performance so that it can provide some references on performance management.
