摘要
经过野外采样调查及室内鉴定统计,理县红叶二级水电站影响区有藻类植物90种,属于5门27科50属,其中硅藻门种类占优势.藻类种群密度为463287×104个/L,硅藻门为26664×104个/L占优势.种群生物量(湿重)为14249mg/L,绿藻门为08096mg/L占优势.用津田松苗污水生物系统评价和Margalef多样性指数评价,该影响区水质属洁净水质.预计工程建成后,将使现有的水生藻类群落结构发生改变,进而影响工程区的水生态系统.
The field survey and indoor identification reveal that within the affected area of the proposed Hongye Hydroelectric Power Station Class II there are 90 species of algae of 50 genera, subordinated to 27 famililes of 5 phylla. The average density of algal populations was 46.328 7×104 alga individuals per liter and Bacillariophyta(26.664×104 plants per liter)is the dominant group. As to biomass of algal plants in terms of wet weight, the mean biomass of populations is 1.424 9 mg/L, dominated by Chlorophyta which was 0.809 6 mg/L. With special reference to the assessment standard of water quality suggested by Matsunae Tsuda and of species diversity index designed by Margalef, the quality of water within the affected area belongs to that of the pure. The project will surely change the community structure of the present algae and exert effect on the hydroecosystem.
