复合膳食纤维对炎症性肠病大鼠肠黏膜屏障的保护作用

摘要 目的:探讨复合膳食纤维对炎症性肠病大鼠肠黏膜屏障的保护作用。方法:应用乙酸法制造大鼠炎症性肠病模型,Wistar大鼠96只随机分为三组,能全素组(A组)、能全素+膳食纤维组(B组,可溶:不可溶为1:2)、能全素+膳食纤维组(C组,可溶:不可溶为1:3)。造模后7d内检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)浓度,并取末端回肠HE染色观察病理学变化并进行评分。结果:添加复合膳食纤维的炎症性肠病大鼠血清TNF-α、CRP浓度低于单纯能全素组(P<0.05),肠黏膜损伤程度较轻,小肠炎症学评分较低。结论:肠内营养中添加复合膳食纤维对炎症性肠病大鼠肠黏膜屏障具有一定的保护作用,其作用程度因膳食纤维中可溶性与不可溶性纤维的比例不同而异。 Objective: To investigate the protective effect of dietary fiber on intestinal mucosa barrier in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) rats. Methods: IBD model was established by colonic perfusion of 8% acetic acid in male rats. 96 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, nutrison group (group A), nutrison+dietary fiber group (group B, dissolvable: undissolvable was 1:2), nutrison+dietary fiber group (group C, dissolvable: undissolvable was 1:3). Dietary fiber was given to the IBD rats to protect intestinal barrier disfunction. Blood was collected to examine serum TNF-α and CRP concentration after 7 days. Results: Serum TNF-α and CRP concentration in group B and group C were significantly lower than those of group A (P〈0.05). The degree of inflammatory injury of intestinal mucosa and inflammatory score of intestine were much lower in group B and group C than group A. Conclusion: The common enteral nutrition contained dietary fiber can prevent the intestinal mucosa barrier in IBD. The protective effect depends on the proportion of dissolvable and undissolvable fiber in dietary fiber.
