利用近红外(NIR)一致性检验模型及图谱比对法初筛复方氨酚烷胺片假药的情况分析

Identify fake drugs and true one of Amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets by NIR (near-infrared) conformity test model and spectrum comparation

目的:利用近红外光谱快速鉴别复方氨酚烷胺片(吉林省吴太医药集团有限公司)的真伪。方法:在4000～12000cm-1范围内对复方氨酚烷胺片进行全谱扫描,建立一致性检验模型,并对图谱进行比对分析。结果:正品复方氨酚烷胺片与其伪品存在着较大差别,利用一致性检验模型及图谱比对法均可以判断。结论:所用方法快速简便,准确有效,是基层查处假冒大品牌药品的有效手段。

Objective： To identify Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets rapidly by near infrared （NIR）. Methods： Set up conformity test model by full spectrum in the wave band scope of 4 000-12 000 cm^-1, and analyzed the spectrum by comparation. Results： The differences between the true and the fake ones were obvious, s＇pectrum-comparation and conformity test model also could accuracely identify fake drugs. Conclusion： The presented method is convenient and fast with good performance. It is very important to crack-down on fake drugs on the market for grass roots unite.
