不同产地何首乌药材水分、灰分和浸出物的测定

Determination of water,ash,and extract in Polygonum multiflorum form different sources by HPLC

目的:测定何首乌药材的水分、灰分和浸出物的含量,为何首乌药材质量标准的修订提供实验数据。方法:按《中国药典》2005年版一部附录ⅨH中水分测定法中的第一法、附录ⅨK灰分测定法和附录ⅩA浸出物测定法测定。结果:何首乌药材含水量均不超过10.77%,总灰分不高于6.04%,酸不溶性灰分不高于0.71%,冷浸法醇溶性浸出物含量不低于20.03%。结论:本方法为何首乌药材质量标准的修订提供了实验数据。

Objective： To determine the fleece-flower root herbs moisture, ash, and extract the examination can provide experimental data for the revised quality standards in Polygonum multiflorum. Methods： According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2005 edition of an appendix IX H determination of water in the first method, appendix IX K ash assay and Appendix X A extract determination method to determinate the content. Results： The fleece-flower root water content of no more than 10.77% herbs, no more than 6.04% total ash, acid insoluble ash not more than 0.71%, alcohol-soluble extract of the cold soak method the amount of not less than 20.03%. Conclusion： Revised Standard of fleece-flower root herbs can provide the experimental data.
