摘要
目的:探讨护理综合实验教学方法在护生实习前培训中应用的可行性。方法:在2007级中专护士班4个教学班中采用整群抽样的方法,随机分组,随机抽取1个班(60人)为实验组,另1个班(58人)为对照组。实验组在实习前2个月采用护理综合实验教学方法进行培训,对照组采用常规教学方法。结果:两组护生的实习考核总成绩比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组护生对改革方法持肯定态度,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义或有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:应用综合实验教学方法进行实习前培训能帮助护生较快地适应护士的角色,缩短临床实践适应时间。
Objective: To explore the nursing student training mode. Methods: We took four classes from the 2007 grade to perform an experiment. From the four classes we randomly selected 60 students as the test group and 58 students as the control group. The test group adopted the reforms while the control group with traditional method. Results: The exam results from two groups showed a statistical difference in work experience (P〈0.01), achievements of students in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion: The new teaching method in nursing Student traning should offer students the ability to adapt and adjust better in the clinical environment when they graduate.
