摘要
目的:提高我院药学服务质量。方法:对我院门诊药物咨询窗口2005年8月~2008年5月12984例药物咨询记录进行回顾性分析。结果:咨询者身份以患者居多,占76.0%;咨询内容以药品名及适应证为主;咨询方式多为窗口咨询;解答方式以直接回答为主。结论:药物咨询工作可以提高药学人员业务能力,并有利于提高临床药物治疗的安全性、有效性、经济性。
Objective: To improve the quality of pharmaceutical service. Methods: Retrospective analyzing of 12 984 records of drug consultation cases in Out-patient Department of our hospital during the period from August 2005 to May 2008. Results: Most of the consultants were patients, approximately 76.0%. The contents of these drug consultation cases were mostly drug names and indications. A large part of consultation cases were by windows consulting. Direct responses were the main ways of answering. Conclusion: The job of drug consultation could develop the professional capabilities of pharmacy staff and take advantages to improve the safety, effectiveness and economy of clinical medication.
