摘要
自从20世纪90年代以来,在多种因素的影响下,我国经济空间的发展不平衡性不断加大。这些因素主要有倾斜的政策因素、发展基础差异因素、要素流动因素、产业结构因素和体制环境因素。振兴中西部区域的经济,应采取系列相应的对策。
Since the 1990＇s, the unbalanced development of economic space in China is constantly increasing because of a variety of factors. The main factors are tilt policy factors, the basic differences of development, mobility of elements, industrial structure, and environmental factors. To promote the economy of central-western regions, a series of countermeasures should be carded out.
