How to cultivate more and more qualified students for the construction of medemization is always the top priority over college educators. By means of rational analysis of relevant factors such as college spirit, college ideological-andpolitical education, the spiritual status of students and ＂spiritual gown-up＂, this thesis puts forward a dialectical relationship between the college ideological-and-political education and ＂ spiritual grown-up＂, which paves a new way for college ideological-and-political educators to help students to grow up healthily.
