Comparison the Stable Transform of Western-europe Society at the Late 19^(th) Century with Building of the Socialist Harmonious Society of China and Its Enlightenment

19世纪后期,西欧各国政府面对日益尖锐的阶级矛盾,通过推进民主改革和进行劳工立法,缓和了社会矛盾,使得西欧各国出现了一个平稳的发展时期。本文试图从西欧这个时期实现平稳转型面临的主要问题及采取的应对措施的角度,和我国构建社会主义和谐社会面临的问题和主要举措进行比较,以探讨其对我国构建社会主义和谐社会的启示。

At the late 19^th century, in the face of.the sharpening class contradictions, the governments of many Western-Europe countries made a series of legislations and democratic reforms. These measures made many countries in West-Europe stepping into a period of relatively peaceful development. In this article, I would try to compare the stable transform of the period in Western-Europe with building of the socialist harmonious society of China now .from the main social problem and the main measures, to find some similarities and differences between them and draw inspiration from Western-Europe＇s experience to build the socialist harmonious society of our country.
