摘要
为推进部队军交运输管理科学化，紧密结合部队建设实际，研究提出了必须创新管理理论、树立全新观念、实施依法管理和健全长效机制的4点对策建议，对加速推进全面建设现代后勤具有一定启迪意义。
To improve the scientific management of military transportation, combining with the current construction fact, this paper puts forwards the 4 points counterneasures：brings forth new ideas in the theory, sets up novel ideas,carries out management according to law,amplifies effective operation mechanisms. It has guiding meaning for modem military logistics construction.
