摘要
从战术素养的基本内涵入手，探讨了汽车指挥人才战术素养培育的必然性，提出了从意识、知识、能力、目标层次等途径培育汽车指挥人才的战术素养，使之战术底蕴丰厚，以应对多种安全威胁，适应多样化军事运输保障要求。
Starting from the basic connotation of tactical quality, discusses the necessity of cultivation of automobile transport command talent, to meet the demand of multi - military transportation support, and deal with varied safety threaten, it cultivates talents from the awareness, knowledge, ability, and goal level, etc.
