复杂曲面的NURBS插补算法

摘要 在高速高精的数控加工中,由于复杂曲面的曲率多变会引起轮廓误差增加、加速度增大、机床运行不稳定、工件表面质量下降等问题。作者采用改进的NURBS插补算法,根据自适应编程原理,实现轮廓误差自适应控制、加速度自适应控制、加减速度自适应控制等功能,既满足了高速高精加工中实时性好、精度高的要求,又解决了复杂曲面加工过程中由于曲率变化所引起的各种问题。 In high-speed and high-precision NC processing, many problems, such as profile error increasing, acceleration enlarging, machine tool working unstably and poor quality of work's surface, are caused by varied curvature of complicated curved surface. According to self-adaptive programming principle, improved interpolation arithmetic based on NURBS was presented to implement self-adaptive control of profile error, acceleration and increasing/descending speed. The real-time and high- precision in high- speed and high-precision NC processing can be assured, and the various problems caused by varied curvature of complicated curved surface can be solved using this arithmetic.
