提高检验机构大型仪器使用效益的探索与研究

Research on Improving the Inspection Agency Large Instrument Efficiency

大型仪器设备是检验机构进行检验、科研的重要物质基础。随着科技的发展和"科技兴检"方案的实施,各检验机构在购买仪器设备方面的投入逐年增大,但也存在着重复购置、管理不善、使用率不高等问题。本文针对大型仪器设备管理存在的问题及现状,对如何加强管理、提高使用效益进行了探讨。

Large instrument is important material foundation of inspection agencies to inspect and research. With the development of technology and ＂science and technology to develop inspection＂ implementation of the program, the inspection agencies increased the purchase of instrument inputs every year,but there is a repeat purchase, mismanagement,not high utilization rate. In this paper, large instrument management problems and status,on how to strengthen management, improve the use efficiency were discussed.
