摘要
本文针对《测量不确定度表达指南》评定测量不确定度中选择包含因子两种方法的分析,正确理解《测量不确定度表达指南》推荐选择包含因子的简单方法。通过对选择包含因子的简单计算方法的可靠性分析和举例验证简便方法的正确性,得出对检测/或校准结果及计量标准技术报告中对测量不确定度的评定给出判定选择包含因子的简便方法,即根据是否满足veff≥10?选择包含因子k=2或3。
According to the two ways of choosing coverage factor of expanded uncertainty expressed in the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the thesis makes a correctly understanding of its simple ways of choosing the coverage factor. Besides, the thesis makes a reliability analysis of simply calculating the coverage factor, concludes the right way of assessing and choosing the coverage factor in testing or calibrating results and the report of metrology standard technology. That is, when the calculating results meet the demand of Vmin≥10, the coverage factor k=2 or 3.
