摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对竞技状态的定义及形成发展规律进行分析、质疑、归纳。目的在于进一步健全与完善运动训练学理论和内容体系。研究发现,竞技状态的定义及阶段划分至今尚未统一。
With reference of the literature and data,the author analyzed,questioned and concluded the definition of the form for game and its development.The purpose is to further improve and perfect sports training theory and its system.The study found that the definition of sports form and its stages of division has not yet been unified.The author integrated the existing subjects,theory,put forward his unique perspective.
