广西高校高水平足球运动员培养现状与发展对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasure of High-level Football Players' Cultivation in Guangxi's Universities

采用文献资料法和调查法,对广西高校在培养高水平足球运动员的现状、生源质量、招生机制、教练员队伍业务水平、学训矛盾和政策的导向以及经费设施等方面进行了调查分析。研究结果表明,广西高校高水平足球运动员的培养应注意以下方面:提高管理层重视程度,加大经费投入和政策支持,充分发挥社会和市场作用,解决培养经费短缺问题,改革并完善招生考试制度,建立科学合理的学训体系,加强对高校足球教练员的培训和学习。

In this article,the author will adopt methods of document and investigation,to draw out conclusion about the present situation of high-level football players＇ cultivation in Guangxi multi-national area universities,by analyzing the players＇ quality,the students recruitment,the trainer troop＇ performance,the contradiction between mottos and policy,and the expenditure system.The research shows that to cultivate excellent football players,we should go on a reforming way.The management group should pay more attention to it and invest more on it.We should also solve the expenditure problem by means of outside market and the society and improve the recruitment system.A scientific training system should be built up and coaches should also be provided more training and study opportunities.
