摘要
运动生理学是体育院校学生必修的基础理论课。目前课时减少,而其内容繁多、概念抽象,学生不易掌握。为了适应新时期课程改革的需要,运动生理学的教学改革势在必行。就教学内容、教学方法及考核方式等方面的改革及如何提高教学质量进行了探讨。
Exercise Physiology is a required basic theory course in physical education colleges.At present it is reduced in class,but it ranges various and widely,with its abstract concept,not easy to master by students.Therefore reform of teaching in exercise physiology must be executed in the new period.This paper makes a deep exploration into how to improve teaching quality by means of the reform measures of teaching contents,teaching methods and examination methods with the current teaching situation on this course.
