福建省新建本科院校体育专业毕业生就业现状及对策研究

On Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Employment of PE Graduates in the Newly-established Colleges in Fujian Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等研究方法,对我省新建本科院校体育教育专业学生就业状况进行调查,提出解决好就业的问题应该从转变就业观念、调整专业课程结构、提高学生综合素质、降低自我期望值、加强就业指导等方面入手。

By roans of referring to relative materials, doing questionnaire survey, making phone calls, and collecting data, this paper analyzes the present situation of the PE undergraduates＇ employment. It points out that in order to cope with the employment problem, the students should change their ideas about their jobs and shouldn＇t expect too much. While for the colleges, they should adjust the structure of PE courses, improve students＇ overall abilities, and strengthen guidance to their employment.
