摘要
通过对《生物学教学论》课程体系发展和存在形式的讨论,及针对人教版高中生物学新教材中加入了植物组织培养实验,对胡萝卜愈伤组织诱导实验是否适宜作为《生物学教学论》实验课程的综合设计性实验进行了探索与实践。结果表明:胡萝卜愈伤组织诱导实验在课程实验中基本成熟稳定,且下胚轴诱导更佳,适宜作为《生物学教学论》实验课程的综合设计性实验项目。
In this paper, the situation of incompact callus induction from hypocotyls or taproot of Daucus earota L. is studied. The results show that the experiment of Daueus earota L. callus induction is a mature experiment system and that it can be considered as one of synthesis or design experiments in high school biology experiment. Moreover, the experiment can help train students' work skill. It can be considered as one of synthesis experiments to the students who don' t learn Cell Engineering; at the same time hypocotyls of Daueus earota L. is more perfect in inducing ineompaet callus.
