Analysis of policy and legal environment of mining enterprise overseas investment

文章从一个律师法律实务的角度,对中国大陆现行有效的有关海外投资的法律和政策作了一个较为系统的介绍,然后以大陆海外投资实践的现实和未来发展需要为出发点,参考国际惯例,提出了若干立法建议,其中重点对矿业企业海外投资的法律政策修订给出了若干建议。

From the view of a lawyer＇s legal practice, this article makes a comprehensive and systematical introduction of the active policy and laws of overseas investment of China's Mainland. Furthermore, based on the starting point of the experience and practice of overseas investment and further development need of Mainland enterprises, with reference to international practice, this article also gives advice and makes suggestions on lawmaking, focusing on the improvement of the policy and laws of mining enterprise overseas investment.
