摘要
在不同培养密度条件下对水蕨孢子进行人工培养,对其孢子萌发和配子体性别分化情况进行研究.结果表明:接种密度在50个孢子/mL左右时,有利于孢子萌发和两性配子体的形成;而接种密度在200个孢子/mL左右时,有利于雄性配子体的形成.研究结果为水蕨的引种保护、人工栽培和分子生物学研究提供理论依据.
Artificially inoculate the spores of Ceratopteris thalictroides (L.) Brongn. in the different conditions of culture density and observed the differentiation of both male and female gametophytes. The results showed that when the culture density was about 50/ml,it made for the germination and the development of hermaphroditic gametophyte ; and when the culture density was about 200/ml, it was favourable to the growth of male gametophyte. This research will afford the protection, artificial breeding and molecule biology research of Ceratopteris thalictroides ( L. ) Brongn.
