摘要
目的:探讨预防经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)并发症发生的措施。方法:总结分析100例单孔LC患者的临床资料。结果:本组患者均完成经脐单孔腹腔镜手术,手术时间15～60min,平均25min,创面出血0～5ml,术后患者痛苦轻,康复快,无并发症发生,术后3～5d出院。结论:经脐单孔LC操作易掌握,但技术难度较大,能取得更加微创及美容的效果,值得临床推广。
Objective：To evaluate the prevention of complications of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）.Methods：The clinical data of 100 cases,which were operated by transumbilical single port LC,were summarized and analyzed.Results：In this group all cases underwent transumbilical single port LC.Operating time was 15-60min （mean,25min）,and wound bleeding was 0-5ml.With light postoperative pain,quick recovery and no complications,patients were discharged 3-5d after operation.Conclusions：Operation of transumbilical single port LC is easy to be mastered,but the technique is still difficult.This operation can indeed achieve a more minimally invasive and cosmetic results,is worth being popularized.
