残余胆囊的腹腔镜手术

Laparoscopic operation for residual gallbladder

目的:探讨残余胆囊腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法:回顾分析为6例残余胆囊患者施行腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:6例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜手术。手术时间30～110min,平均58min,术中出血20～100ml,平均40ml,4例放置腹腔引流管,引流量20～60ml,术后2d拔除,术后住院3～6d,平均4d,术中无出血及胃肠道、胆道损伤等并发症发生。结论:残余胆囊患者行腹腔镜手术安全、可行、有效。

Objective：To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic operation for residual gallbladder.Methods：The clinical data of 6 patients suffered from with residual gallbladder and underwent laparoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Six patients successfully received laparoscopic surgery.The mean operative time was 58min （range from 30min to 110min）,and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 40ml （range from 20ml to 100ml）.Abdominal drainage tube was placed in 4 cases and removed on the second day after operation,and the drainage amount was 20-60ml.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 4d （range from 3d to 6d）.No complications such as intraoperative hemorrhea,gastrointestinal or bile duct injury occurred.Conclusions：Laparoscopic operation for patients with residual gallbladder is safe,feasible and effective.
