腹腔镜胆囊切除术350例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 350 cases laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)并发症发生的措施。方法:回顾分析2003年7月至2008年12月为350例患者行LC的临床资料。结果:4例中转开腹,余均顺利完成LC,无明显并发症发生。结论:术前高度重视,掌握适应证,术中重视Calot三角的解剖,精细操作,适时中转开腹是减少并发症发生的关键。腹腔引流也是预防和减少并发症的有效措施。

Objective：To investigate the preventive measures of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）.Methods：Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 350 cases treated by LC from Jul.2003 to Dec.2008.Results：LC was successfully accomplished in 346 cases,and 4 cases were converted to open surgery.All cases were cured,and no apparent complication happened.Conclusions：It is necessary to pay more attention to and lay more strict control of the indications of LC.Being familiar with the anatomy of Calot triangle,finely manipulation during the operation and properly conversion to open surgery are essential in decreasing the complications.Moreover,the abdominal drainage is an effective measure for the prevention of complications.
