本文综述了国内近年来食品中镉的检测技术和方法,主要包括火焰原子吸收光谱法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、分光光度法、示波极谱法、阳极溶出伏安法等。
The advancements of determination technique of cadmium in foods in china in recent years techniques included flame atomic absorption spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, spectrophotometry, polarography and anodic stripping voltammetry etc.
