细晶Mo-18Cu合金烧结工艺的研究

摘要 采用溶胶-喷雾干燥-煅烧-氢还原方法制备了晶粒尺寸为30~50nm的超细Mo-18Cu复合粉末,并利用该复合粉末制备出了高性能细晶Mo-18Cu合金。研究了烧结工艺对烧结体致密化的影响、合金的力学性能和显微组织特征。结果表明:在1350℃烧结,Mo-18Cu合金的相对密度可达98%以上,抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到545MPa和3.85%;合金的显微组织均匀,晶粒细小。 Ultra-fine Mo-18Cu composite powders with the diameter of 30 -50nm were fabricated by sol-spray drying calcination and subsequent hydrogen reduction process, and fine grained Mo-18Cu alloy was also prepared by the Mo- 18Cu composite powders. The influence of sintering technology on densification of sintering body was investigated, meanwhile the mechanical properties and microstructures of the alloys were analysed. The results show that, the fine grained alloy whose relative density can be up to about 98% is achieved after sinterings of Mo-18Cu composites at 1 350℃ in H2 atmosphere. The maximum tensile strength and elongation rate of the alloy are 545MPa and 3.85% , respectively.
