摘要
在我国北方民间,典型的粗粮食品有玉米饼子、窝窝头、煎饼等,是旧时普通老百姓的日常主食,它们养育了难以计数的大众民生,立下了不可磨灭的历史功绩。现在粗粮食品依然为广大人民所推崇,具有良好的开发利用空间和市场价值。本文就煎饼在我国北方民间的饮食历史与饮食习俗进行初步的介绍与探讨。
Typical food in Northern China prepared with high fiber grain includes corn cakes, steamed corn bread and pancakes,all of which were once staple in ordinary people' s diet and played a significant role in feeding the people. Now such food has become trendy again and boasts great market potential. This paper is an introduction and exploration of the history of pancakes in Northern China and the relevant customs.
