摘要
潮汕地区是指粤东地区以讲潮州方言为主的区域,主要包括汕头、潮州和揭阳三个地区。近年来潮汕地区发展缓慢,这与人才相对匮乏不无关系,本文分析了潮汕企业人才现状,并提出了相应的对策。
Chaoshan Region refers to the area in the east of Guangdong province where people mainly speak Chaozhou dialect,including Shantou, Chaozhou and Jieyang. In recent years,the area has been developing at a relatively low pace, which is due largely to the inadequacy of human resources. This paper analyzes the current conditions of human resources for businesses here and suggests correspondent tackling strategies.
