摘要
目的探讨原发性脑出血的糖尿病、高血压、低密度脂蛋白增高、吸烟4种可干预性危险因素与凝血因子ⅩⅢ A亚单位(FXIIIA)Pro564Leu基因多态性的关系。方法以80例脑出血为病例组,80例健康者为对照组,分别调查两组的糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、吸烟等情况,并采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片断长度多态性技术对FⅩⅢA第12号外显子Pro564Leu基因多态性进行检测。结果(1)脑出血组和对照组各基因型(χ2=17.681,P<0.01)和等位基因频率(χ2=21.747,P<0.01)组间分布有显著性差异;(2)FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu基因型和等位基因型分布频率是否伴有高血压病、低密度脂蛋白增高、糖尿病、吸烟各组间分布均无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)Leu564合并高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟较未合并上述因素者出血率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu基因多态性与脑出血有关;与高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症及吸烟无关;FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu与低密度脂蛋白增高、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟在脑出血发病中无协同作用。
Objective To explore the correlation between diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipemia,smoking and coagulation factor ⅩⅢ A(FⅩⅢA)Pro564Leu polymorphism,as risk factors of primary intracerebral hemorrhage could been interfered.Methods In 80 patients with primarily cerebral hemorrhage and 80 healthy controls,the Pro564Leu polymorphism at the Exon 12 in a subunit of coagulation factor ⅩⅢ was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP),and objects'diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and smoking were investigated.Results(1)There was significant difference in genotypes(χ2=17.681,P0.01)and allele frequency(χ2=21.747,P0.01)of ⅩⅢA Pro564Leu polymorphism between the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group.(2)There were no significant difference that FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu genotype and allele frequency distribute in peoples,whether or not with diabetes mellitus,hypertension or smoking(P0.05).(3)The ratio of hemorrhage was no significant difference whether people with diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,smoking or not.Conclusions These results suggested that peoples with FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu polymorphisms can increase the fatalness of cerebral hemorrhage,but FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu gene polymorphism have no correlation with diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipidemia or smoking.They couldn't have a coordinated attack to cerebral hemorrhage that FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu gene mutation combinated with diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and smoking.
