胰腺干细胞表面标志物的研究进展

摘要 胰腺干细胞是一种具有无限自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的前体细胞,可作为一种新的胰岛来源治疗糖尿病,但目前仍缺乏公认的干细胞标志物和评价指标。识别胰腺干细胞表面特异的表面标志物,对于胰腺干细胞的分离、纯化和鉴定有重要的意义,且可更进一步了解胰腺干细胞膜内外信号传导机制及诱导过程。
