摘要
利用TC72-3.3MUA温度传感器对高频箱内部温度进行采样,ATmegal128单片机利用PID算法模块对采集的温度数据进行处理,当采集温度低于设定的低温时,启动加热模块,同时监视高频箱内部温度,当温度高于设定的高温后,停止加热,进而使高频箱内部处于恒温环境中。通过异步串行口可实时对恒温控制系统的低温和高温进行设置,同时对设置的温度范围进行相应保存。经工程应用,该设计恒温控制效果满意。
This paper introduces a design based on the digital temperature sensor TC72-3.3MUA sampling temperature inside the high frequency machine,and the ATmegal128 MCU processes the collected temperature data by using PID algorithm.The calefaction could be started when the collected temperature data are under the preset low temperature.At the same time the internal temperature of the high frequency machine is monitored.Then the calefaction can be halted when the temperature is higher than the preset high temperature.Thus there is a constant temperature environment inside the high frequency machine.The low value and the high value of the constant temperature system can be set with the asynchronous serial interface of MCU,and the set value was saved.The constant temperature control is satisfied after the design is applied to some project.
