滋肾填精益髓法治疗恶性肿瘤术后化疗所致白细胞减少60例临床观察

Observation of Zishen Tianjing Yisui prescription in leucocytopenia caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumors after operation

目的观察滋肾填精益髓法治疗恶性肿瘤术后化疗所致白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法将120例恶性肿瘤术后化疗所致白细胞减少患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用滋肾填精益髓法治疗,对照组60例采用地榆升白片口服治疗。观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后检查外周血象及肝肾功能,开始服药后每2周复查1次白细胞计数,取治疗前,治疗第2、4、6、8及24周为观察期。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗第2、4、6、8、24周白细胞计数较本组治疗前明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组治疗第4、6、8、24周白细胞计数较本组治疗前明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗第2、4、6、8、24周白细胞计数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后白细胞计数升高时间较对照组提前,治疗组疗效迅速持久。结论滋肾填精益髓法可有效升高白细胞计数,且无毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zishen Tianjing Yisui prescription in leucocytopenia caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumors after operation.Methods 120 patients with leucocytopenia caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumors after operation were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in treatment group were treated by Zishen Tianjing Yisui prescription. 60 cases in control group were treated by Diyu Shengbai tablet. Leucocyte count, peripheral hemogram, hepatic and renal function were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher that in control group （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between two groups on leucocyte count 2, 4, 6, 8, 24 weeks after treatment （P〈0.01）. Time of leucocyte count increasing in treatment group was earlier than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zishen Tianjing Yisui prescription can increase lencocyte count, no side effect.
