摘要
对香雪球无菌苗的叶片及茎段离体培养及植株再生过程进行研究,建立香雪球再生体系。结果表明:香雪球茎段最适合作为外植体进行诱导培养;MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L可作为诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基;愈伤组织及不定芽继代的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+Ac 0.1%
The regeneration system of Lobularia maritima was established in this paper by using leaves and stem as explants in vitro culture. The results showed that stem was optimum explant for induction The optimum medium for callus was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L-t-NAA 0.1 mg/L;The optimum medium for subculturer was MS+6-BA 0. 5 mg/L+NAA 0. 05 mg/L;The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0. 5 mg/L+Ac 0.1%.
