摘要
以蛇莓茎尖为外植体,研究不同激素浓度和组合对蛇莓组织培养的影响。结果表明:诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L时达到最佳效果;最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.01 mg/L;生根培养基使用MS时效果比较理想。
The shoot tips of Duchesneae indicae as explants were used. Effect on tissue culture of MS containing different content 6-BA, NAA and IBA were studied. The results indicated that the medium MS＋6-BA 2. 0 mg/L was suitable for introduction of callus or adventitious buds. The medium MS＋6-BA 2. 0 mg/L＋IBA 0. 01 mg/L was the best for multi- plication. The optimum rooting medium was MS.
