试论公立医院文化建设对“公益性”的重塑

A Discussion of Effects of the Construction of Hospital Culture to the Rebuild of Non-profit Role for Public Hospitals

自1997年以来,我国公立医院普遍存在重利轻义现象,追求利润最大化,而导致公益性日渐缺失;新一轮医改,其目的之一就是要还原公立医院的社会主义公益性,并为此出台了一系列制度和措施。由此,笔者以为,作为公立医院本身,除了应该遵照国家新医改政策实行系列改革以还原医院公益性以外,还应从医院文化建设的角度自觉对医院的"公益性"进行重塑。

Since 1997, Materialistic sense becomes a common phenomenon in public hospitals in China.The function of＂publicize＂ are damaged because the unilateral pursue of maximum of profit.One of the main objects of the new health reform is to rebuild the non-profit role of public hospitals,and so a series of polices and actions were taken into act.The author thinks that not only the national policy should be followed to rebuild the non-profit role of public hospitals;hospitals should rebuild themselves from the point of the Construction of Hospital Culture.
