摘要
目的:分析大型公立医院院长的胜任力与医院能力之间的匹配关系。方法:使用基于模糊集的定性比较方法。结果:无论医院属于何种能力类型,执行能力都是医院院长必须具备的一种特征,而制度创新却不是。结论:本文研究发现院长执行能力虽然是必须的,但却不是唯一的,还有其他要素影响医院绩效。
Objective:Analysis of the President large hospitals competency hospital capacity of the match between relations. Methods: This article uses the qualitative comparison analysis based on Fuzzy-set method. Results:No matter what kind of hospital capacity type imple- mentation capacity are hospital must be the new system is characterized.Conclusion:This article is found that the president implementation capacity is necessary, but it is not only aspect,there' re other factors affecting the hospital high performance products.
