家属健康教育对精神分裂症患者自知力和生活质量的影响

Effectiveness of Family Health Education on Insight and Life Quality of Schizophrenia Patients

目的:探讨家属健康教育对精神分裂症患者的自知力和生活质量的影响。方法:对160例住院的精神分裂症患者家属随机分为健康教育组和对照组各80名,对健康教育组家属实施系统的健康教育;对照组未给予健康教育。两组分别于入院后1周和健康教育后6个月,用自知力与治疗态度问卷、家庭关怀度指数、精神病人生存质量问卷等对病人进行评估。结果:健康教育组完成所有调查共74例(脱落6例),平均年龄37.2±15.3岁;对照组完成70例(脱落10例),平均年龄36.9±15.8岁。两组病人的性别构成、受教育程度及第1周各项量表评分差异无统计学意义(<0.05)。经过系统的健康教育后,健康教育组的自知力与治疗态度问卷、家庭关怀度指数、精神病人生存质量问卷改善显著高于对照组。结论:对精神病人家属进行系统的健康教育可提高精神病患者的自知力和服药依从性,提高家庭的关怀度和家庭生活质量,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of family health education on schizophrenia patients＇ insight and life quality. Method： 160 inpatients of schizophrenia were divided randomly into health education group and control group.Systematic family health education were implemented on the caregiver of health education group.The educational program was exerted on caregiver of health education group once every two week,6 times total.The caregiver of health education group were followed up once a month after 3 month.There was no health education program on the caregiver of control group.The patients of schizophrenia were assessed with insight and treatment attitude questionnaire,family care index and quality of life in psychiatric patients＇ questionnaire in the first week when they were in hospital and reassessed after 6 month. Results：74 cases of health education group completed the investigation（6 cases were drop）,their average age was 37.2 ± 15.3 year.70 cases of control group completed the investigation（10 cases were drop）,their average age was 36.9 ± 15.8 year. There were no difference between 2 groups in gender, education and the score of questionnaire in the first week（P 〈 0.05）.However,the improvement of the insight and treatment attitude,family care and quality of life in health education group were more significant than that in control group. Conclusion：Systemic family health education can improve insight and treatment compliance, family care and life quality of psychiatric family.
