摘要
以问卷调查方式研究临床医学双语教学中教师职业倦怠和学生学习倦怠的交互作用。研究发现:双语教学中,学生与教师均存在一定程度的倦怠现象。究其原因,主要是由于教与学双方不良情绪的相互影响及彼此间达不到对方的高期望,从而引起双方的不良情绪。要想缓解这种不良情绪引起的教学倦怠现象,要从多方面入手才能产生更好的效果。
The purpose of this study was to investigate interaction effects of teaching burnout and learning burnout in clinical bi-lingual teaching and explore solutions in Medical College.The results showed that: in the clinical bi-lingual teaching, there was a certain degree of burnout on teachers and students;the main reason was the interaction of unhealthy emotion between students and teachers which was caused by high expect on each other. If this kind of burnout caused by unhealthy emotion was wanted to be released, we must solve the problem in many ways,
