摘要
为了从生物体中寻找新颖的抗菌肽类药物分子,以阔褶水蛙(Hylarana latouchii)为研究材料,运用3′RACE技术成功从其皮肤组织中筛选出2个抗菌肽前体cDNA编码序列,经blast生物信息学分析,确定其为首次发现,推导出的这2条新颖的抗菌肽序列,命名为latouchiin-1和latouchiin-2。
In this study,we used Hylarana latouchii as the material to find novel antimicrobial peptides from n- ative organism. Two different cDNAs encoding two novel antimicrobial peptide precursors were cloned by 3' RACE technique from skin of H. latouchii. There was no homologous sequence with these two cDNA sequences by blasting analyse. These two novel antimicrobial peptide precursors were named as latouchiin-1 and latouchiin-2.
