摘要
采用HPLC法对长白山区野生金银忍冬茎和叶中绿原酸含量进行测定,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测定法对其抑菌效果进行考察。结果表明:长白山区野生金银忍冬茎木质部、韧皮部和叶中均含有绿原酸,含量分别为0.42%、0.44%、1.54%,其含量和抑菌效果因部位不同而有差异。该结果为野生金银忍冬资源的开发利用奠定了科学的理论依据。
The content of chlorogenic acid in the stems and leaves of Lonicera maackii (Rupr.) Maxim. in Changbai Mountain were determined by HPLC, and the antibacterial effects were espressed by its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC). The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in the sterns and leaves of Lonicera maackii (Rupr.) Maxim. were 0. 34% ,0.27% ,0. 11% ,and the extraction of I.onicera rnaackii(Rupr. ) Maxim. showed highly antibacterial activities. The contents of chlorogenic acid and the antibacterial effects were different with different parts of Lonicera maackii(Rupr. ) Maxim. It provided theoretical basis for the further research on wild Lonicera maackii (Rupr.) Maxim in Changbai Mountain.
