摘要
分析了发动机罩内外板之间的减震胶在减轻行人头部损伤方面的机理,建立了数学模型,推导了计算公式,并应用Matlab和modeFRONTIER对影响减震胶分布的各参数做了分析。最后,通过实车FE模型实际计算对比了减震胶分布的影响。
The mechanism of shock absorbing glue between inner and outer panels of engine hood in mitigating head injury of pedestrian is analyzed. Its mathematical model is set up, the corresponding calculation formulae are derived, and various parameters affecting the distribution of shock-absorbing glue are analyzed by using Matlab and modeFRONTIER. Finally the effects of shock-absorbing glue distribution are compared through the calculation on the FE model of real vehicle.
