虚拟试验和非接触测试在汽车变速器箱体动态响应分析中的应用

摘要 建立某型汽车薄壳变速器箱体的刚柔耦合动力学模型,用它进行了激振响应虚拟试验。同时搭建了汽车变速器箱体激振试验台,进行了与虚拟试验相同条件的动态激振试验,并利用Q-400非接触式测试系统测得变速器箱体的振动响应特性。仿真与测试结果表明,所建立的变速器箱体刚柔耦合模型及虚拟试验方法是准确可信的。 The rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model for the thin-walled transmission case of a vehicle is set up for its virtual testing of excitation response. Meanwhile, an excitation response test rig for transmission case is built for dynamic excitation test under same conditions as virtual test and the vibration response characteristics of transmission case are obtained by the measurement using Q-400 non-contact measuring system. The results of simulation and testing show that the rigid-flexible coupling model built for automotive transmission case and virtual testing method are accurate and credible.
