摘要
针对采用简易瞬态工况法(VMAS)进行排放测试时,速度信号受干扰导致加速度计算误差大的问题,提出了用卡尔曼滤波进行降噪处理的方法。用仿真算例分析了该滤波方法的滤波效果,并与传统的FIR滤波法的滤波效果进行了比较,证明了卡尔曼滤波法的有效性。同时还建立了VMAS测试中速度滤波的状态空间模型。基于这一模型,用卡尔曼滤波方法进行了等速和加速工况的实测信号验证,结果表明方法正确有效。
In view of the problem of disturbed signal of vehicle speed leading to significant error in acceleration calculation during emission testing with VMAS, a de-noising method with Kalman filter is proposed. By analyzing de-noising effects of Kalman filter with a simulation example and compared to that of traditional FIR filter, the effectiveness of Kalman filter is validated. In addition, the state space model for speed signal in emission testing with VMAS is also built, based on which the tested signal verification for constant speed and acceleration working conditions is conducted using Kalman filter de-noising method with a result indicating the validity and effectiveness of the method.
