中温中压锅炉饱和蒸汽Na^+、电导率超标问题的研究与治理 被引量:3

摘要 针对实际运行过程中发生锅炉两侧饱和蒸汽质量差异较大,右侧饱和蒸汽电导率、钠离子超标严重问题,进行分析原因研究,对锅炉汽水分离装置进行检查整改。通过汽水质量监督数据进行分析判断汽水分离器故障的方法是有效、可行的,进一步提高了中温中压锅炉运行的稳定性,保证蒸汽品质,满足后续工艺质量要求。 agarnsted on the problems of bigger difference in quality of saturated steam on both sides of the boiler in the course of actual operation and serious overflow of electreal conductivity and sodium ion in saturated steam on the left side, based on an analytical research on their causes, the inspection and rectification of the boiler steam - water separator were made. The means of analyzing and adjusting malfunctions of the steam -water separator via steam -water quality monitoring data is effective and feasible, thus further improving the stability of medium - temperature and medium - pressure boilers in running, guaranteeing the quality of steam and satisfying the requirements in quality of follow - up processes.
