摘要
分析了水合物浆液管输过程中的阻力损失,通过建模,得出了范宁摩阻因数与临界雷诺数、赫氏数之间的关系。提出在水合物浆液管道输送中可以采用螺旋流、加剂、振动、掺气、细颗粒、注水、搅拌、纤维状材料和改变管道截面形状等减阻方法。这些方法可为水合物浆液管道的水力设计、设备选型以及运行管理等提供技术参考。
Friction loss of hydrate slurry during pipelining is analyzed.Through model establishing,relationships between Fanning friction factor and critical Reynolds number,Hedstrom number are obtained.Drag reduction techniques suitable for hydrate slurry transmission pipeline are presented,such as spiral flow,DRA-added,vibration,aerifying,fine particle,water injection,stirring,threadiness material and pipe section variation.These techniques can be used as references in hydraulic design of hydrate slurry transmission pipeline,equipment selection and operation management of pipeline.
