摘要
分析了西部管道热媒炉运行过程中存在的问题,包括氧量分析控制系统无法正常运行、热媒炉前后炉墙温度过高、排烟温度高、烟管积灰严重。采取氧量分析调整、维修改造、工艺优化和技术革新等措施,提高了热媒炉的使用热效率和可靠性。
Operation problems existed in heat medium heaters of Western Oil Pipeline are analyzed,such as oxygen volume analysis/control system unavailable works normally,temperature around heater walls is ultrahigh,flue gas temperature is high and vast soot formation deposits in flue header.Countermeasures in adjusting oxygen volume analysis/control system,repair and technical reform,process optimization and technology innovation are taken,which enhance operation thermal efficiency and reliability of the heat medium heaters.
