玉屏风散中君臣两药扶植上呼吸道优势菌甲型链球菌的研究

Research to Fostering the Role of that Junchen Two Chinese Medicines in the Yupingfen San on the Advantage of the Upper Respiratory Tract bacteria Alpha-streptococcus

目的:观察玉屏风散中黄芪、白术君臣两药对上呼吸道优势菌甲型链球菌的影响,进一步揭示玉屏风散防治上呼吸道感染的机理,为研发促进上呼吸道正常菌群生长,防治上呼吸道感染的中药微生态调节剂提供实验依据。方法:通过给小鼠腹腔注射抗生素,造成小鼠上呼吸道菌群失调模型,分别灌胃给予黄芪、白术水煎剂7天后,检测甲型链球菌的增减状况。结果:玉屏风散中君臣黄芪、白术二药对上呼吸道甲型链球菌的生长均有促进作用。结论:玉屏风散防治上呼吸道感染的机理之一是通过黄芪、白术扶植上呼吸道优势菌甲型链球菌的生长,从而阻止病原微生物的黏附、定植。

Objective：To observe righting medicine Astragalus,Atractylodes Junchen two chinese medicines in the Yupingfeng San on the upper respiratory tract effects of dominant bacteria alpha-streptococcus,and further reveal the mechanism of prevention and treatment to upper respiratory tract infection of Yupingfen San,for research and development to promote the growth of normal flora in upper respiratory tract ,prevention and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection traditional Chinese medicine microecological provide experimental basis. Methods：To mice by intraperitoneal injection of antibiotics,resulting in upper respiratory tract flora in mice models were given gavage Astragalus Atractylodes Decoction seven days to detect changes in the status of alpha-streptococcus. Results：Junchen Astragalus Atractylodes two chinese medicines in the Yupingfen San on the growth of the upper respiratory tract alpha-streptococcus are facilitating role. Conclusion： Through Astragalus,Atractylodes advantage of the upper respiratory tract to foster the growth of alpha-streptococcus,thereby preventing the adhesion of pathogenic microorganisms,colonization is Yupingfen San prevention of upper respiratory tract infection in one of the mechanisms.
