摘要 目的:研究微波辅助提取小石花菜多酚的工艺条件及多酚抗氧化活性。方法:实验讨论了微波辐射功率、微波提取时间、甲醇浓度以及液固比对小石花菜多酚提取率的影响,并对小石花菜多酚的抗氧化能力进行测定。结论:提取小石花菜多酚的最佳条件如下:微波辐射功率800w,甲醇浓度15%,液固比(mL/g)25,微波辐射时间30s。结果:微波辅助提取小石花菜多酚具有省时、高效等优点。 Objective:To investigate microwave-assisted extraction of polyphenols from Gelidium divaricatum Marteus and antioxidant activity of polyphenols. Methods: The effect of power of microwave,microwave treatment time,volume ratio of methanol,ratio of solid to liquid on extraction of polyphenols were studied,respectively. Results: The optimum process conditions obtained are as following:microwave power is 800w,15% methanol as extracting solvent,ratio of liquid to solid is 25(g/ml),microwave extraction time is 30 seconds. Conclusion:Microwave-assisted extraction of polyphenols from Gelidium divaricatum Marteus is an efficient method.
